Original Valid Passport
Passport should have at least a 6-month validity from the date of travel
2 Typed Visa forms
Forms should be signed by the applicant, all columns must be filled and should be left blank, kindly mention if any field which is irrelevant NOT APPLICABLE completely and NOT N/A -Form which has a blank column shall not be accepted by the Embassy.
Passport Sized photos
2 Recent coloured photographs (Check photo dimensions in the note below)

Travel date should be after 10-15 days

Original Invitation Letter
From Algeria attested by COC. Please note that after review of the application, Embassy may ask for Original Invitation Letter depending upon case to case basis.
Indian company chamber recommendation letter or Incorporation certificate Mandatory.
Letter of responsibility typewritten on the company letterhead is required and must be addressed to: Embassy of Algeria, Visa Section, 2/2, Shanti Niketan, New Delhi, 110021, India.
The letter must explain all of the following -
Nature of business to be performed.
Name and address of reference to be visited in Algeria
The letter should be signed by an officer of the company other than the applicant.
Travel Insuarance
• Single Entry (1 to 30 Days): Minimum 1-month valid Insurance
• Multiple Entry (1 to 90 Days): Minimum 3 months valid Insurance.
• Multiple Entry (1 to 180 Days): Minimum 6 months valid Insurance.
• Multiple Entry (Upto 1 Year): Minimum 1 Year valid Insurance.
Fees
Rs. 8100/- For Single Entry(30 days). Rs. 9700/- For multiple entry(90 days) VFS service charges Rs. 1600/- (VFS charges to be paid by cash) The visa fees must be paid in INR only through Bank Demand Drafts payable to - Embassy of Algeria in New Delhi Applicant or Applicant's Company name is required to be mentioned on the Demand Draft as a Purchaser name. For this, the DD should be made from Applicant's Bank account or Company's Bank account only. Travel Agents/Representatives purchaser name demand drafts are not acceptable.

Return Flight Ticket
Copy of confirmed return flight ticket.
Passport Bio-data Pages
Copy of passport bio-data pages (photo page and address/parents page).
Work Documents
Work Contract
Work contract which does not exceed 90 days signed by the employer in Algeria.
Attestation of Repatriation
Attestation of repatriation signed by the employer and sealed by the labour office of the Wilaya where the applicant will be working.
Temporary Work Permit
Temporary work permit delivered by the Ministry of Labour, Department of Labour at the Wilaya where the employer is based.
Travel Insurance
One year validity insurance required.

Hotel voucher and details of it (the hotel voucher should include hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email. Id of the hotel)

Invitation Letter
Algerian sponsor if visiting family or Friends. This letter should be duly attested by Mayor in Algeria (Scanned Copy will also Do). Please note that after review of the application, Embassy may ask for Original Invitation Letter depending upon case to case basis.

Covering Letter
Covering Letter
Covering letter (addressed to Embassy of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria) from the applicant on company letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose, and duration of visit.
Work Documents
Employment Authorization
An original employment authorization delivered by the Algerian Ministry of Labour. The Embassy will NOT accept any authorized faxed or mailed separately.
Work Contract
Original document of the Work Contract.
Repatriation Responsibility
Certificate issued by the employer ensuring the assumption of responsibility of the repatriation of the foreign worker at the end of the employment.
