Bangladesh Visa Requirements at Delhi Consulate

Company Cover Letter

On the company letterhead (Addressed to Bangladesh High Commission) in detail mentioning the designation of the traveler and the name and designation of authorized signatory.

- Cover letter must mention travel dates ( Entry - Exit ) & dates must match on both docs

- Cover letter must Clearly mention purpose of Visit requested - Business Visa / A3 Visa / E1 Visa

Invitation Letter

(Scanned copy will also do). The Invitation should also have name and designation of the authorized signatory along with the complete address and contact numbers of Bangladeshi Company.

Trade Licence Copy

Of the Bangladesh Company.

Tax Payment Certificate Copy

From the Bangladesh Company.

Company Registration Certificate Copy

Of Indian Company (Exempted for MNCs).

NOTE

Please note that the Single Entry visa is an Entry visa i.e. traveler can enter Bangladesh any time before its validity and stay up to maximum of 30 days.

Multiple Entry visa is a Stay visa i.e. traveler cannot stay beyond the validity mentioned on the visa and has to return before the expiry of the visa.

Please note that Bangladesh embassy does not issue visas as per ticket/In-Advance travel. Visas are issued for 1 month and single entry only, from the date of issuance of visa.

For Foreign Passports - Valid Visa for India with Valid Residence Permit // OCI Card // PIO Card is a must for Visa Processing.

Valid passport

With at least a 6 month validity from the date of travel.

Passport Copy

Of front page and last page and copies of all the visas issued in the passports.

Online Visa Form

2 Copies of ONLINE Visa Form (to be done online at www.visa.gov.bd), printed and signed by the applicant. Handwritten forms are not accepted.

Passport Size Photo

2 Recent coloured photographs (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa). (Note- uploading photo is mandatory while filling up online form).

Signed Cover letter

From applicant (Addressed to Bangladesh High Commission, New Delhi), mentioning names of the travellers with passport no. and relation with primary applicant, purpose of visit, travel dates.

Original Birth Certificate and Marriage Certificate

Attested from Home, MEA and Embassy.

Authority letter from the applicant

Confirmed Hotel bookings

The hotel voucher should include hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email. Id of the hotel.

Confirmed Air Tickets

The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.

Invitation letter

From primary applicant (mentioning detailed address of Bangladesh with contact number) along with Passport copy and visa copy.

Approval letter

From Sponsor Company in Bangladesh with travellers details.

Should mention the complete address and contact numbers of Bangladeshi Company.
