Personal Documents
Valid Passport
With at least a 6-month validity from the date of travel.
Passport Copy
Of front page and last page and copies of all the visas issued in the passports.
Online Visa Form
2 Copies of ONLINE Visa Form (to be done online at www.visa.gov.bd), printed and signed by the applicant. Handwritten forms are not accepted.
Photograph
2 Passport size photo recent coloured photographs (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa). (Note- uploading photo is mandatory while filling up online form).
Signed Cover Letter
Addressed to Bangladesh High Commission (Need on letterhead if you are an employer).
National ID
Aadhar Card Copy
Final COVID vaccination certificate
Travel Documents
Hotel Confirmation
The hotel voucher should include hotel Name, Address, Telephone number, and Email ID of the hotel.
Air Tickets Reservation
The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.
Invitation Letter
Mentioning detailed address of Bangladesh with contact number along with Passport copy and visa copy INCASE OF SPONSOR.
Fees
NIL: Handling Charges applicable NIL: For Foreign Passports the fee will be charged via DD only. Please check the fee with us before dispatching the documents.
Processing
Minimum 10 working days (Embassy may even take longer time). NOTE: Please note that above is only an indicative processing time which is based on the current trend. Actual processing time may vary and is at sole discretion of the Visa Consular of the Embassy/Consulate.
