Personal Documents

  • Valid passport

    With at least a 6 month validity from the date of travel

  • Visa Form

    Electronically generated along with the bar code receipt, after feeding in all the details in website https://formulario-mre.serpro.gov.br/sci/pages/web/pacomPasesWebInicial.jsf. Applicant has to mention his/her contact number on the visa application form after taking out the print out. Also, the signatures on the visa application form should be as per the passport.

  • Passport Size Photo

    2 Recent coloured photographs (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (Passport size, Camera clicked, latest with white background) to be pasted on Electronic form.

  • Signed Cover letter

    Addressed to Embassy Of Brazil from the applicant on Letter Head mentioning the Approval Number.

Travel Documents

  • Confirmed Hotel bookings

    With a gap of 20 working days from the date of submission

  • Confirmed Air Tickets

    Air Ticket showing departure after 15 working days at the time of visa submission

Fees

The only method of payment currently accepted by the Embassy is a non-refundable identified bank transfer or deposit to: Beneficiary Bank Name and Branch: RBL Bank - Vasant Vihar Branch address: RBL Bank Limited, Beneficiary Bank IFSC Code: RATN0000182 Beneficiary Name: Embassy of Brazil Consular Beneficiary Account Number: 409000487857 Beneficiary Address: 8, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Rd The applicant's NAME must show up in the Embassy's bank account. The bank transfer should be made directly from the applicant's own personal bank account, not from the agent's account or another third party's account. Any transfer or deposit method that does not indicate the applicant's NAME in the Embassy's bank account cannot be accepted for the payment of consular fees. If any credit is made without the identification of the applicant by NAME, the service will not be performed and the amount cannot be refunded. Applicant to provide proof of visa fees payment for submission of file (Bank statement showing applicant's Bio Account details with duly highlighted transaction of payment to embassy mentioning embassy name, date, transaction amount).

Processing

Around 30 working days (Subject to Approval) NOTE: Please note that above is only an indicative processing time which is based on the current trend. Actual processing time may vary and is at sole discretion of the Visa Consular of the Embassy/Consulate. 9:30am to 11:00am 3:00PM to 4:00PM

    Addressed to Embassy Of Brazil from the applicant on Letter Head mentioning the Approval Number.

Work Documents

  • Invitation from the Brazilian Counterpart / Invitee

    Invitation from the Brazilian Counterpart / Invitee along with Work Authorization.

  • Police Clearance Certificate

    Issued by the Police Department in the area where the applicant has resided for the last 12 months.

  • CNPJ Certificate

    CNPJ Certificate from Brazil.

Fees

The bank transfer should be made directly from the applicant's own personal bank account, not from the agent's account or another third party's account. Any transfer or deposit method that does not indicate the applicant's NAME in the Consulate's bank account is not suitable for the payment of consular fees. If any credit is made without the identification of the applicant by NAME, the service will not be performed and the amount will not be refunded. It is the applicant's sole responsibility to ensure that the transfer/payment contains his/her name. Kindly note that it is not enough that the applicant's name appears on the transaction receipt for a payment to be accepted. The applicant's name must appear in the Consulate's bank statement. Applicant to provide proof of visa fees payment for submission of file (Bank statement showing applicant's Bio Account details with duly highlighted transaction of payment to embassy mentioning embassy name, date, transaction amount).
