Personal Documents
Valid Passport
With at least 6 month validity from the date of travel.
Visa Form
To be filled by the applicant.
Passport Size Photo
2 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (Passport size, Camera clicked, latest with white background).
Travel Documents
Confirmed Air Tickets
The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.

Original Bank Statement
Of last 6 months.
Business Documents
Company Cover Letter
Addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of Burundi, on Company s letterhead.
Invitation
From Burundi.
Vaccination Document
Yellow Fever Vaccination Card
Original Yellow Fever Vaccination Card is required for visa processing as well as at the time of travelling.
Medical Requirement
Original Yellow Fever Certificate is Mandatory for applying visa.
Fees
1 Month Fees US$ 90. 2 Months US$ 170. 3 Months US$ 250. To be paid by cash (equivalent INR).
Processing Time
Minimum 15 Days (Subject to Approval). NOTE: Please note that above is only an indicative processing time which is based on the current trend. Actual processing time may vary and is at sole discretion of the Visa Consular of the Embassy/Consulate.
