Fresh ones i.e. not used earlier for any visa (35mm x 45mm in dimension, With White background, with 80% face coverage, non-smiling [without glasses, a hat/cap or other head covering, unless the applicant wears such items because of their religious belief or ethnic background])
Signed Cover letter
Addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Costa Rica including the following information: full name, nationality, passport number, type and validity, address, purpose of the trip, expected time of stay in Costa Rica, approximate dates of arrival and departure and expected ports of entry and exit, occupation, address in Costa Rica, date and place of birth, fax or email address for notifications, date and signature.
Original Marriage certificate
Copy of both sides (duly apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs) and its official translation into Spanish (duly apostilled from Ministry of External Affairs).
Original PCC
From passport Office with Apostle and its official translation into Spanish duly apostilled
Travel Documents
Confirmed Hotel bookings
The hotel voucher should include hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email. Id of the hotel
Confirmed Air Tickets
The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.
