Ecuador Visa Requirements at Delhi Consulate

You can make an appointment at the consulate to present your documents in person or you can apply for the visa online directly to the digital centre in Ecuador on the following link: https://serviciosdigitales.cancilleria.gob.ec/.

1. Visa Application form should be completed and signed along with passport size photographs in colour white background.

2. Request letter for the Consular Section stating the purpose on company letter head, with signature and stamp.

3. Passport valid for at least six months from the date of departure.

4. The applicant must demonstrate financial solvency through bank statements for last six months personal and company/ institutional.

5. Original Police Clearance Certificate from the country of origin or where you have resided for the last five years. One hundred and eighty (180) days of validity will be taken into account, counted from the date of issuance of the certificate until the last entry of the interested party into the country. Document required only for people over 18 years of age.

Note: PCC must be apostle from the Ministry of External Affairs of India and if the PCC is issued other county than India then get it must be apostle form the Foreign Ministry that country. In case PCC issuing country is not part of Apostle Convention then it must be attested by the concern Embassy of that county in India.

6. An invitation letter in Spanish from the Ecuadorian company which is inviting from Ecuador along with certificate RUC, SRI, IESS and the Superintendence of Companies.

7. Documents of the Company which is sponsoring the business travel as Certificate of Incorporation and Establishment.

8. Hotel and return air ticket reservation.

Add: Travel insurance to Ecuador.

-Documents require in original translated into Spanish by certified translator with stamp. (Covering letter, PCC and Certificate of Incorporation).
