2 Forms (To be filled by the applicant.)
Passport Size Photo
3 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (2 X 2 white background)
Signed Cover letter
Covering Letter in Spanish language to The Visa Officer, Embassy of Dominican Republic.
Travel Documents
Confirmed Hotels
Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket (with hotel Name, Address, Telephone number and Email ID).
Confirmed Air Tickets
The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.
Proof of Funds
Bank Letter
In Spanish language (Saving/Salary Account) Certifying - Date of Opening of the account, average balance maintained during the year and date of last deposit.
Note
Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory for visa processing

USD 700 (to be paid in USD Only) Handling Charges Applicable Visa OFF Between 10:30 am to 01:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm
Processing Time
4-5 working days. NOTE: Please note that above is only an indicative processing time which is based on the current trend. Actual processing time may vary and is at sole discretion of the Visa Consular of the Embassy/Consulate.
