Covering letter (addressed to High Commission of the Republic of Guyana/nInvitation to be faxed to the embassy Guyana)./nOne copy of invitation to be attached with documents./nPersonal bank statement last three months./nTravel Itinerary (ticket)./nLetter from Indian Chamber of Commerce/nOriginal Yellow Fever Certificate./nFitness Certificate from any MBBS Doctor./nOriginal PCC /n.Hotel Itinerary.

Single Entry: Rs. 5000/- Multiple Entry: Rs. 8000/- NOTE: Handling Charges Applicable.
Processing Time
