Passport Size Photos

4 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (Passport Size, white background with 70 to 80% face coverage).

Addressed to The Embassy Of Ireland.

Travel Insurance

It should be as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000. Travel Insurance should have special condition The geographical area for this policy stands changed to worldwide.

Bank Statement

Latest Personal Bank Statement (Original) last 3 months i.e. sealed and signed by Bank Authorities.

Income Tax Return

Personal ITR For Last 3 years

If you are an employee

Last 3 months salary slips, office ID card, approval letter, salaried bank statement and NOC from Company.

If you are proprietor/owner of the Company.

Company’s Original Bank statement of last 06 months Stamped from Bank. Company’s ITR of Last 3 years

Company proof (GST/ Incorporation certificate/Partnership Deed etc) Cover Letter On company’s Letterhead

If you are a Student

Leave letter issued from school and school ID

If you are retired

Proof of retirement

Pension Statement For the last three months Proof of Regular Income Generation of regular income by ownership of property or business.

If you are Sponsored

Proof Of Sponsorship and/or Private Accommodation

By completing a national form of the Schengen State concerned (see the website of the Member State of destination).

Full passport photocopy need to be submitted along with the case

2 sets of all documents required.

Embassy have stopped accepting the passports which are handwritten or have any observation on the front data page. Hence, all such passport holders are requested to get a fresh passport booklet to apply for Visa.
