Personal Documents
Original passport with minimum validity of 6 months at the time of travel.
3 forms duly filled and signed by the applicant.

A letter issued by the company requesting a business visa with one or multiple entries and stating the purpose of the applicant visit
Invitation Letter from Madagascar should have invitee name, contact number, and address.
