Photograph

2 Passport size photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (Recent passport size colour Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa)).

Signed Cover Letter

Addressed to, Nigerian High Commission

Hotel Confirmation

Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket (with hotel Name, Address, Telephone number and Email. Id).

Air Ticket Reservation

With return ticket, covering all the sectors. With live PNR.

Bank Statement

Latest Personal Bank Statement (Original) last 6 months

Copy of the OCI Card or residence Permit Copy and Work Permit Copy is MANDATORY\n BIOMETRIC MANDATORY for all Applicants w.e.f. 27-Nov-2017. (Please see instructions below)

Passport Softcopy

Front page and back page.

Photograph

With white background, (Photograph in JPEG format and digital photo 472x591 pixels in dimension scanned photo - 4x5cm in size, 300 DPI resolution).

Air Ticket Reservation

With return ticket.

Hotel voucher and detail of it.

Invitation Letter

Certificate of inviting company.
