Visa Type Specific Requirements

Business Visa
[Required below listed documents properly scanned clear copies] (Required Passport, Photograph, Address proof and National id in Jpeg. format only and the rest all documents should be in PDF.) Each file should not be more than 5 mb
If Yes- If the inviter or sponsor is currently outside of the Philippines, an Affidavit of Support and Guarantee, duly notarized by a Philippine Embassy or Consulate, is required.
If No- If the inviter is in the Philippines, an affidavit of support and guarantee notarized by a local notary public in the Philippines (enclosed with a photocopy of his/her passport or identity document issued by the government)
Company Registration Certificate of Indian and Philippine Company. Certificate of Employment and Employment ID Copy is mandatory. Pax direct contact number, either landline OR mobile and email id. Personal Bank Statement for latest Six months with seal and signature (NOT OLDER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS) Personal Last 3 years ITRs Of the applicant with BARCODE National ID copy such as Aadhar/Voter Id card etc. Proof of address- rent agreement/Aadhar/Voter Id card etc. Travel History in the last two months (other than Philippines)- Name of country and Date of departure and arrival with purpose of visit, also share copy of respective visas with immigration stamp pages. Salary Slips for the last 6 months. Signature of the applicant- signs on a paper and scan it. Previous Philippines visa copy (In case of previous visit was on the basis of on arrival then share passport`s immigration stamp page copy). Pre-arrival registration/ travel declaration required to be completed within 72 hours of travel on https://etravel.gov.ph/signin
Note
Advisable to apply for a multiple entry visa only if pax has obtained a Philippines visa atleast once before, else go for single entry visa only.

Signature on Invite should be matched with Inviter ID copy
Bank statement should have at least 1 lakh balance

-All the applications Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka, Kerala, Puducherry and Tamil Nadu (Union Territories: Lakshdweep and Andeman and Nicobar Islands) are required to be applied under the jurisdiction Honorary Consulate General of Philippine, Chennai
-All the applications Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Bihar, Chhattisgarh, Jharkhand, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Odisha, Sikkim, Tripura, West Bengal to be applied under the jurisdiction Honorary Consulate General of Philippine, Kolkata
-All the applications Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand (Union Territories: Chandigarh, Delhi, Jammu and Kashmir, Ladakh) to be applied under the jurisdiction Embassy of Philippine, New Delhi.
