Original Passport

In good condition, with at least 6 months validity and must have at least two empty pages facing each other.

Passport Softcopy

Must not have any restrictions or conditions which prevent passport holders from entering his/her country or traveling.

Photograph

Recent photograph no more than 3 Months with white background with a frontal view. 2 inch x 2 inch (51 mm x 51 mm)

Hotel Confirmation

Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket (with hotel Name, Address, Telephone number and Email. Id).

Air Ticket Reservation

Flight booking (onwards & Return tickets are required). Travel date mentioned should be after 15 working days from the date of submission

Travel History

Last 5 year travel history (country name, entry and exit date)

Bank Statement

Original personal bank statement with bank seal and signature (Minimum balance 2 Lakh Income Tax Return), Personal ITR For Last 2 years.

If you are an employee, NOC letter issued by company.

If a Company bank statement is submitted, additionally an ownership/Certificate of Incorporation (commercial registration) is required. (Only for Delhi Jurisdiction)

Passport

Front and last page.

Visa Valid

For USA/UK/Schengen/GCC (visa must be used and valid while travelling).

Photograph

White background Photo without Eyeglass.

Hotel Confirmation

Hotel voucher and details of it.

Air Ticket Reservation

With return ticket

Commercial Status

Bank Statement

Travel History

Last 5 year travel history (with country name and Entry-Exit date).
