Attested by Commission of Oaths in South Africa or South African Police Attestation should be latest not old more than 3 months.

Company Bank Statement

Latest bank statement

South Africa Company Registration copy

With attested by Oaths Commissioner and with issued date not older than three months.

Host ID copy

Host ID copy Attested by the Commissioner of Oaths or South African Police or Post office Attestation should be latest not old more than 3 months

Bank Statement

Bank statement of the person who is in South Africa

His residence card copy, passport copy (1st page, last page, visa first entry and last entry)

His employment status in S. Africa on his business letterhead

A letter from his employer in S. Africa mentioning his designation and the person`s name whom he is inviting.

Yellow fever certificate is required for visa processing if the journey starts or entails passing through the Yellow Fever belt of Africa or South America e.g.
