These documents are required for all visa types at Chennai consulate:
Occupation Proof
Invitation letter in color should mention travel date, return date and need to mention as business visa (C-3-4) (within 90 Days) address to The Visa Officer, Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Chennai - Need clear seal and sign - Mandatory
Certificate of business registration from Inviter Korea (Should be issued within 3 months)
Need last 02 Years Personal ITR Acknowledgment & color Pan card copy mandatory – (Only accept by consulate) - OR ITR Declaration letter - find the attached format
(Please Note ITR varication form & form16 & Centralized ITR & ITR Not accept by consulate)
06 months bank statements updated with 05 days (date of submission with original seal and sign in bank – A4 Size
(Need clear bank statement with all margins & correct alignment with balance column visible)
12 Months Slips (Please Note. If applicant recently joined in the company then we need offer letter and pays lips ) & previous company pay slips & reliving letter OR Declaration letter from Applicant

Business Visa
Visa Requirements
Original Passport: Original Passport with validity of minimum six months minimum two blank pages for visa stamp. Attach recent old passport (if any) Copies of bio data pages of the passport.
Photo Specification: Two recent passport size colored photographs with Glossy finish, 70% face coverage, white background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old, scanned/stapled and should not be used in any of the previous visas (Photos with dark color shirt in white background).
Online Application form should mention all details filed and sign by applicant need original (Pease Note. Applicant sign As per Passport) ONLY FILLED FORM CAPITAL LETTERS

2 Latest Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) taken within the last 3 months (white background, matt finish),
Travel documents
Hotel confirmation voucher directly from South Korea.
Day to Day itinerary in detail for the entire duration of stay in Korea.
Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with Name and Designation of the Authorising Signatory with Company Seal.
Proof of income i.e.Copy of last 3 years personal and companys Income tax papers all of which should be duly Notarised Credit card copy(front and back sides).
Bank statement, personal and companys for last 3 months, duly attested by respective bank with original bank seal with banks telephone number on it.
Declaration Formto be signed by the applicant. (Please refer to our visa form section for downloading this form).
