Occupation Proof

  • Invitation letter from S. Korea containing below details (Scanned copy)
    Invitee`s details, such as full name and dob
  • Inviter`s details, such as in case of companies, name and phone no of person.
    In-charge, and in case of individuals, inviter`s full name, id no (foreigner registration no), and phone no.
  • Inviting company/individual`s registered seal/signature at the end of the letter.
    Business Registration Certificate of Korea Company (Scanned Copy will do)
  • Employment contract for sending the employee to Korea for short term employment
    Dispatched/transfer order of the employee from Indian Company on Company Letterhead
  • Medical PCR report with Negative Covid 19 status ( issued within 72 hours of submission). This report to be issued from same centres from where TB Test report is issued for Long Term Work visas. (kindly find the list of hospital in the forms section) required only in Seamen visa category.Health condition report and Quarantine declaration forms are mandatory.
    2 yrs. Income tax return personal ( last assessment year) or (in absence of income tax return please provide explanatory note with 6 months bank statement till the date of submission)
