Travel documents
Hotel confirmation voucher directly from South Korea.
Day to Day itinerary in detail for the entire duration of stay in Korea.
Covering letter explaining the reason of travel with Name and Designation of the Authorising Signatory with Company Seal.
Proof of income i.e.Copy of last 3 years personal and companys Income tax papers all of which should be duly Notarised Credit card copy(front and back sides).
Bank statement, personal and companys for last 3 months, duly attested by respective bank with original bank seal with banks telephone number on it.
Declaration Formto be signed by the applicant. (Please refer to our visa form section for downloading this form).

Hotel Confirmation
The hotel voucher should include hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email. Id of the hotel.
Air Ticket Reservation
The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.

Valid Passport 6 month from the date of travel. Applicants valid passport is required ( Handwritten passport is not allowed )
2 colour photos 35 x 45mm, White background, Matt finish, 80% face appearance.
Aadhar card copy.
Additionally, please ensure that the National Identity Number (Aadhaar Card number) is clearly mentioned in the application form.
