For Onlining, the following documents are required

  • Passport with validity of more than six months.

    Performa duly filled by applicant.

Documents to be carried at the time of Submission at VFS and Embassy/Consulate

  • Passport Copy

    With validity of more than six months.

  • DS-160 Confirmation

    Appointment Letter

  • In USA

    Payment Receipt

  • Cover Letter

    Addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy Of United States Of America from the applicant on company letterhead stating his name, designation, purpose and duration of visit.

  • Stay Itinerary (hotel)

    Original Bank Statement for the last 6 months (preferably).

  • Income Tax paper for the last 3 years (preferably)

    Additional Dcouments as per below occupational status :-

E-Visa Requirement List

  • Passport Softcopy

    Front page and back page.

  • Verification Document

    Aadhaar number.

  • Social Media Details

    Social media link.

  • Parents DOB

    Mother and Father DOB.

  • Primary Occupation

    Employer name, Address, work phone no, Monthly salary.

  • Education Details

    Institute name, Address, course name, education start date to till date and previous employed details.

  • Travel History

    Last 5 year travel history.

  • USA Contact Details

    Name, Address, E-mail ID and contact number.

Fees & Processing Time

Visa Fees

-: Payable by CASH via CITIBANK or NEFT transfer. Equivalent to 185USD to be paid in INR i.e. INR 16,095/- (as per the current currency rate).

Processing Time

2-3 working days after appointment. NOTE Please note that above is only an indicative processing time which is based on the current trend. Actual processing time may vary and is at sole discretion of the Visa Consular of the Embassy/Consulate.
