Covering letter addressed to The Visa Officer, Embassy of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela.

Travel Itinerary (ticket).

Day wise tour itinerary.

Stay Itinerary (Hotel) .

Personal Bank Statements ofthe last 6 months.

Personal ITR for last 3 years.

Original Bank Letter stating that pax holds a satisfactory account with the bank.

Overseas Medical Insurance.

Yellow Fever certificate is mandatory

Govt approved ID Card of the applicant (Electoral Card / Aadhar Card / PAN Card).
