Signed Cover letter
addressed to The Visa Officer, Consulate General Of Vietnam, Mumbai explaining the reason of travel INVITATION FAX in Vietnamese language from the Immigration department directly to the consulate and one to be submitted along with the case. Authorization has to come from Vietnam. (Fax copy would do.)
Bank statement of the last 3 months (personal)
forex endorsement USD 1000 or copy of international credit card (front and back)
Travel Itinerary (ticket).
Invitation with following sentence appearing in bold letters :
(We authorise M/S AULAC COMPANY for submission of visa documents at the Immigration Office of Vietnam).
