Personal Documents

  • Valid passport
    Passport must not be older than 10 years also it must be valid for at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay.     Addressed to Embassy Of The Republic Of Croatia with mentioning duration of visit, purpose of visit, expenses clause. Details of all Applicants with name, passport number, If Applicable.
  • Previous visa copies (US, UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia)
    Soft copies of all valid and expired visas mentioned above.
  • Credit Card copy
    With 3 months statement.
  • Original Endorsement Receipt
    1500 euro is required (Only if Embassy asks). We can try for the submission without receipt, however.
  • If minor is accompanied by one parent/travelling alone shall provide aNOTARIZED NOC from other/both parents with their passport copy.

  • Confirmed Hotel bookings
    The hotel voucher should include hotel Name, Address, Telephone no and Email. Id of the hotel.
  • Confirmed Air Tickets
    Covering all the sectors with Ticket Purchase Invoice. (Ticket should have at least 60 days gap after the date of submission).
  • Travel Insurance

  • Travel Medical Insurance Declaration form (to be filled up and signed by the applicant).
