Travel Documents

  Confirmed Hotel bookings

  Confirmed Hotel as per the ticket (with hotel Name, Address, Telephone number, and Email Id). Travel date should have a gap of 15 days after visa submission.

  Confirmed Air Tickets

  Confirmed Return Ticket (or ticket with Live PNR. Ticket must have a gap of minimum 15 days from the date of submission), covering all the sectors.

• •

  Travel Insurance

  It should be as per Schengen specification, matching with ticket dates with risk coverage of Euro 30,000. For downloading the list of Approved Insurance Companies and detailed information on Travel Insurance, please visit our visa forms section of our website.

Proof of Funds

  If the bank statement is a joint account and only 1 applicant is applying for the visa, then an NOC on a Notarized affidavit is required (on Rs 10/- stamp paper) stating that the other person has no objection for using this bank statement for visa purpose.

  Income Tax Return

  Personal ITR for Last 3 years.

Occupation Proof

  If you are an employee

  Last 3 months salary slips.

  NOC from Company.

  If you are proprietor/owner of the company

  Company’s Original Bank statement of last 6 months Stamped from Bank.

  Company’s ITR of Last 3 years. Company proof (GST/ Incorporation certificate/Partnership Deed etc). Cover letter on company’s Letterhead.

  If you are a student

  Leave letter issued from School.

  School ID.

• •

  If you are retired

  Proof of retirement.

  Pension statements for the last three months. Proof of regular income generated by ownership of property or business.

For honeymooners

Visa Agent Documents

  Personal Authorization letter

  Authorizing Mr. Vasudevan/Pawan/Raman (Mondy) to submit and collect the passport on applicant’s behalf.

  Biometric Now Mandatory

  BIOMETRIC NOW MANDATORY EVERYTIME for all Applicants applying for visa.

  Applicants with a blank passport or who have never travelled to Schengen or USA or UK before, the embassy may ask them to come for an interview personally.

  The Embassy reserves the right to ask for additional documents.

  All Schengen Embassies have stopped accepting the passports which are handwritten or have any observation on the front data page. Hence, all such passport holders are requested to get a fresh passport booklet to apply for Visa.

  Date of travel should be more than 10 working days after the submission date. Embassy does not accept the visa application if the travel date is less than 10 working days of submission date.

  Persons for whom the collection of fingerprints is physically impossible
