- •The Invitation should have this clause in it "Garantizo que (nombre, nacionalidad y pasaporte), no permanecerá en la República Dominicana más tiempo que el concedido por la Dirección General de Migración, ni solicitará residencia o cambio de estatus migratorio desde el territorio dominicano, dedicándose exclusivamente a la actividad por la cual le fue otorgado el visado. Me hago moral y económicamente responsable de su retorno a su país de origen, asumiendo pagar a favor del Estado Dominicano cualquier gasto en que dicha persona pueda incurrir durante su estancia en el país, o que se origine como consecuencia de su repatriación o deportación del mismo " Additionally, Gurantor must attach the following documents- if gurantor is Dominican National- a copy of the Dominican ID (Cédula) and the Passport copy•if gurantor is not Dominican National- a copy of the proof of legal status (visa status) in Dominican Republic

- •Police clearance certificate (PCC). PCC should not be older than 1 year and must be submitted along with a certified translation in Spanish is mandatory emitted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the respective Apostille (for Indians) , for other nationals, the said document must be issued by pertaining authorities and must be attested by Ministry of Foreign of the respective country.
