These documents are required for all visa types at Delhi consulate:
Personal Documents
Valid passport with at least 6 month validity from the date of travel./n2 Forms filled back to back./n2 Photograph (Fresh ones i.e. NOT used earlier for any visa) (white background)
Medical Requirement
Original Yellow Fever Certificate is mandatory at the time of travel as well as for visa processing

Covering letter (addressed to High Commission of the Republic of Guyana/nInvitation to be faxed to the embassy Guyana)./nOne copy of invitation to be attached with documents./nPersonal bank statement last 6 months with minimum 3 lakhs balance ./nTravel Itinerary (ticket)./nOriginal Yellow Fever Certificate./nFitness Certificate from any MBBS Doctor./nOriginal PCC /n.Hotel Itinerary.

Single Entry: Rs. 5000/- Multiple Entry: Rs. 8000/- NOTE: Handling Charges Applicable.
