Last 3 months salary slips, NOC from Company.

Company’s Original Bank statement of last 3 months Stamped from Bank, company’s ITR of Last 3 years, company proof (GST/ Incorporation certificate/Partnership Deed etc).

On company’s Letterhead.

Leave letter issued from school and school ID.

Proof of retirement and pension statements for the last three months.

Generation of regular income by ownership of property or business.

Proof of sponsorship and/or private accommodation by completing a national form of the Schengen State concerned (see the website of the Member State of destination).

In case of applying for Exchange program/Workshop seminars etc. with any university in Israel, it is mandatory to submit a copy of graduation/post-graduation certificate.

If minor (below 18 years) going to Israel, then both the parents need to come in person to apply the case.

Need original Birth Certificate with Apostille (attested by MEA).

In case one of the parents is not in India, then he/she must sign the Minor consent form at the Embassy of Israel in that particular country.
