Not be older than 10 years, must be valid at least THREE MONTHS longer than the intended stay. The passport must also have at least TWO BLANK PAGES to affix the visa along with all old passport booklets. Handwritten passports, Passports with observation and passports of 20-year validity are NOT acceptable.

Hotel confirmation directly from South Africa if the person is staying overnight in S Africa

Air Tickets with return confirmed dates

Latest bank statement company’s and personal. (Original bank statement plus 1 set of photocopy. All the pages of the photocopy should be attested by the bank without which consulate will not accept the application)

For last 3 months (If employed somewhere)

Authority letter in the name of Crest Concord Tours and Travels P Ltd to submit and collect the case, to be signed by the pax on his business letterhead.

If the applicant is staying with any of his relatives or friends, then all the docs as stated in Family visit to be submitted
