Personal Documents
Valid Passport
With validity more than 6 months. Old passports are also required if any.
Signed Visa Form
1 visa application form available at https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr.
Passport Size Photos
2 Photos with a white background taken within the last 6 months, depicting the full face including ears and all hair, clearly and completely visible without shadow, in 2.5inch x 2.5inch size, 80% face visible.
Proof of accommodation
Rental Agreement and address proof letter on company letterhead is mandatory, if proof of address is out of jurisdiction.
Passport Copy
1 Copy of Passport: the first and last pages, A4 size. Also attach if you have any valid visas (US, UK & Schengen).

Original Personal Bank Statement for last 6 months with bank seal and sign with minimum balance of 1 lakh. (Statement Cannot be older than 7 days)
Income Tax Return
Personal ITR for the last 3 years.
Occupation Proof
If you are an employee
Last 3 months' salary slips 1 visa application form available at https://www.konsolosluk.gov.tr. NOC/Leave Letter from the company on business letterhead with original authorized signatory name, designation, signature, and company seal.
If you are proprietor/owner of the company
Company’s Original Bank statement of last 6 months stamped from the bank Company’s ITR for the last 3 years Company proof (GST/Incorporation certificate/Partnership Deed etc) (original notary and Mantralaya/MEA attestation) cover letter on company letterhead.
