Business Documents

  • Invitation Letter
    Visa Slip from Saudi Arabian Foreign Ministry For BUSINESS VISIT VISA (Mandatory for female applicant) OR Electronic Invitation letter obtained through MOFA portal https://visa.mofa.gov.sa/CommercialVisitVisa and activated by Saudi Chamber of Commerce. Name of applicant should be same as that mentioned on the passport.
  • Passport number should be correct
    Designation should match with degree
  • Invitation letter should be valid for more than 15 days at the time of submission.
    Recommendation Letter
  • From Indian Chambers of Commerce (mentioning the correct name as per passport and correct designation as per invite letter). It should be addressed to Saudi Consulate Mumbai like the covering letter.
    Highest relevant Degree
  • If submitting in Mumbai centre - Original Highest relevant Degree / Diploma Certificate.
    If submitting in any other centre than Mumbai - Translation into Arabic language and Color Copy of Apostilled Highest relevant Degree / Diploma Certificate.
  • Original Highest relevant Degree / Diploma Certificate also need to be carried for verification purpose
    Saudi Company Registration Certificate
  • Copy of Company Registration Certificate (all 3 pages) of Saudi Arabian Company with a mention of the Capital Amount greater than 1 Lakh Saudi Riyal

  • Please note that Applicants now have to NO LONGER get their Covid 19 vaccination certificates attested before travelling to Saudi Arabia.In stead they have to upload their second dose vaccination certificate on the Tawakkalna app.Kindly note that the scanned copy of the vaccination certficate should be clear for the authorites to scan the QR code on the certificate.

    Now, the validity of the visa, the number of entries, and the duration of stay will be determined when the visa application is processed by the relevant Saudi Embassy/Consulate.
