In case the applicant is accompanied by any dependent, i.e. Passport copy, Marriage Certificate, Birth Certificate.

Confirmed Air Tickets

The PNR should be live. It should include all the sectors.

Bank statement

Updated 6 months (Salary) bank statement with seal and stamp on all the pages from the signing authority with Applicant name and address on A4 sheet only.

ITR

Last 3 years Income Tax Returns.

Company Cover letter

Original Covering letter from Indian Organisation mentioning applicant's work address and contact details.

Invitation Letter

Original Invitation letter from Japan with square seal (as per format attached).

Original Schedule of stay

From Japan with square seal (as per format attached).

Original Letter of Guarantee

From Japan with square seal (as per format attached).

Company ITR

Indian Company's last 3 years Income Tax Returns.

Company Bank Statement

Indian Company's last 3 months bank statement.

Company registration certificate copy

Authority Letter

Note:  If Japanese Counterpart is taking care of the expenses then amount break up should be mentioned in the invitation letter, Guarantee letter ,Id card copy of signing authority and employment certificate is required from Japan

Schedule of stay, Cover letter and Invitation letter should match with the ticket date

If spouse name not endorsed in passport.
